Jake Zeemin
Jake ZeeminLead Trainer
In 2013, Jake graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Oregon State University and immediately pursued his passion as a coach. He moved down to Los Angeles, where he began his internship with Athletes Performance, allowing him to work with elite athletes from every sport, including NFL, MLB, professional tennis, and the USMNT soccer team. After interning, Jake began his career in athletic development with a professional women’s tennis player, where he acted as her traveling speed and strength coach. When realizing leaving Oregon long term was not something he wanted to do, he returned back home and worked at a place called TWIST Performance and Wellness, where had the opportunity to work with youth athletes, high school sports teams, and adults looking to improve their fitness and quality of life. While staying part of the TWIST family and community. Jake left after a year to continue his career out at Intel helping run their fitness centers and corporate wellness programs. This included consultations, group classes, and individual training. After 2 years at Intel, Jake got the itch to travel and took a year contract to work in Shanghai, China with their Olympic athletes preparing them for the Chinese National Games, before returning home and working in management at Crunch Fitness.

Jakes likes spending his free time with his 1-year old daughter, working out, and improving his golf game. He is a passionate football and Steelers fan. He grew up in Albany, Oregon and has spent most of his life here, currently living in Tualatin, Oregon. He often visits Maui to see his parents.
